ABOUT MIKE

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mike originally hails from Massachusetts but has been living in San Diego County since for more than 14 years.

He has been a full-time coach, helping people of all ages and skill levels, improve not just their bodies but also their lives since 2004.  He has amassed a wealth of knowledge over the years by continually attending various workshops, seminars and certifications.  Whether it be a mom setting foot into a gym for the first time in 15 years or a professional athlete, Mike has worked hands on with many hundreds of people from all walks of life.

Mike most enjoys coaching beginners, especially women and youth athletes in various sports that have included baseball, hockey, fencing, wrestling, lacrosse and soccer.

In his free time he enjoys reading, traveling with his fiance and competing in the Scottish Highland Games alongside her.
