Private or Semi-Private Training:
In both of these options training sessions are tailored specifically to you. Your abilities, goals, limitations and injury history are all taken into account when designing the plan that best fits you going forward. Semi-Private training means you share the hour with someone else but offers the same benefits of private training. Availability is by appointment.
Many people enjoy the team dynamic of group training. Groups are kept to a maximum of 10 people to keep the coaching quality high. Every session trains the entire body to build usable strength in your daily life and also takes into account each individuals personal skill level and ability with the goal of inclusive rather than exclusive.
